So these two. Oh my heart be still.
I first met Emma back when we were youngsters (10 years ago – yikes) in Mr Fulton’s ICT class. Without a care in the world other than not getting caught using our phones or passing notes. No sooner had we said hi to one another than we were friends. Pretty sure we had Mr Fulton and the rest of the class tortured with many laughing till we cried sessions and me standing on chairs avoiding the mice. Clearly we had our priorities right haha. Anyway 10 years later and here I am photographing Emma and her amazing fiancé Marks engagement session – crazy!
These two have one heck of a love story! So many levels of mushy gushy soppy goodness.
So these two first met online in November 2013 and in Emma’s words ‘got to the point our emails were so long it was taking a good couple of hours to write back!’. They then started talking on the phone then skyping and finally met a few days before Christmas 2013 when Mark flew from England to Northern Ireland for the day – he came back 4 days later for 4 days too! After that they started seeing eacho ther every 2 weeks to then become official in February 2014. By October that year they were engaged and well on their way to happily ever after. Even though things happened fast for them they both believe God was involved and as Christians this was the most important thing for them. And honestly if you could just be in the same place as them then you would understand how right they are for one another.
I’ve known Emma for the longest time as I mentioned and I honestly could not pick a better man to hold her heart the way Mark does. And well Mark you’re not so bad yourself. Honestly you’re definitely one of the best. You would have to be to have Emma love you the way she does. Being around these guys is good for the soul.
Oh also lets just mention that the engagement took place on a beach, in England at sunrise. A dream or what?
